McArdle's Resort Policies

Deposits are required within 2 weeks of the date the reservation was made and may be paid with cash, personal check or credit card. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent your unit for the time period you cancelled. All Cabins require a $300 deposit. Campsites and sleeping rooms require a $50 deposit per unit.

You are responsible for the full amount of charges associated with your stay. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

All rental rates subject to a 7.375% state sales tax.

All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.99% transaction fee.

• Watercraft – we are not financially responsible for damage, theft, or loss while on the resort property.

Extra person charges apply to any guests above the number of people included in the base rate. Cabin extra person charge* is $50/day/person or $200/week/person. Campground extra person charge* is $15/day/person. Children under age 10 stay FREE. For the safety and comfort of our guests we adhere to the maximum occupancy listed for each cabin.

Visitors must be registered at the Lodge office and visitor fees apply.

• Smoking is prohibited in ALL cabins.
• Campfires are strictly prohibited in all areas of our property.
• No tents are allowed anywhere on our property.
• No fireworks allowed.

Pets are allowed in designated cabins and the campground only. Pets must be leashed at all times and never left unattended. Pet owner must clean up after their pet and are responsible for all pet actions. Pet charge is $20/day/pet or $100/week/pet. Pets prohibited in Cabins 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22. No Pets allowed in the winter season.

Quiet Hours are strictly enforced: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
